As a nesting box, this house is designed for sparrows and tits. It was developed in collaboration with ornithologists and features important details such as climbing grooves leading up to the entrance hole—vital for the young chicks when they are ready to venture out and test their wings.
When feeding birds, it is important that they cannot sit in the food. Diseases spread easily on open bird tables. In this feeder, the food is protected from dirt, rain and snow, and the birds perch on rods while eating. The rods can also be pushed in so that only small birds can perch there.
