Product information

Prices
All prices are current prices and are only valid on the day of ordering. Prices are subject to ongoing changes. The buyer will be invoiced at the price applicable on the day of ordering. All prices shown in EU countries include 25% Danish VAT.
Payment
The card details you enter when purchasing products are sent directly in encrypted form (SSL) to the company that handles our payments, QuickPay ApS. This means that no one else sees or stores your details. When paying by payment card, the amount will not be debited from your account until we dispatch the order.

Delivery
All products displayed on the website are held in our own warehouse in the quantities stated on the product page (subject to inventory errors). Products are dispatched on the same day whenever possible, and no later than the following day - orders placed on weekdays before 4 p.m. will normally be delivered the next business day.
Gift cards
Gift cards expire 3 years after the date of purchase. Gift cards may be cancelled and refunded to the buyer's original payment method at no cost. Payment of the full amount or remaining balance to the gift card recipient is subject to a fee of DKK 100, as it requires a manual bank transfer.
Risk of accidental loss or deterioration
When the ordered products are handed over to the shipping company, the risk that the ordered products may be lost or damaged due to accidental circumstances, including circumstances involving third parties, passes to the shipping company.
Only when the ordered products have come into the buyer's possession does the risk that the ordered products may be lost or damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to the Buyer. If a package is damaged upon receipt from the shipping company, the package must be returned immediately to the nearest post office in its original packaging. A form concerning the damage to the products must then be completed, after which the shipping company will submit the product to its claims board for assessment of any compensation claim.
Complaints
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, we provide a 2-year right to complain from the invoice date regarding manufacturing and material defects. The right to complain does not cover faults, damage or wear and tear arising directly or indirectly as a result of incorrect use, inadequate maintenance, abuse or unauthorised intervention. The invoice must be presented to us when making a complaint. Any complaint regarding defects in delivered products must be made to us within a reasonable period after the buyer has, or should have, discovered the defect. Otherwise, the Buyer forfeits the right to invoke the defect.
Disclaimer and warranty
For several products, we have made it easy for you to find relevant information on other websites via links. These websites are beyond our control. We therefore cannot be held liable in any way for the content of these websites.
Information about the ordered products from such websites does not form part of the description of the ordered products in the agreement between the buyer and the seller. The products therefore meet the buyer's expectations if they correspond to our own description.
The seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from the ordered products arriving late to the buyer or from defects in the ordered products when the delay or defects are due to the buyer's actions or omissions, or circumstances beyond our control, such as war, rebellion, civil unrest, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labour disputes of any kind, including strikes and lockouts, or similar circumstances.
