Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, this must be done as a standard return followed by a new order.

In other words, return the item and receive a refund as usual by following these instructions, and then place a standard order for the new item.

Please note that returns are not free in connection with an exchange, but you will of course be refunded the original shipping cost if the entire order is returned.

Was the item a gift?

If the item was a gift you received and you therefore do not want the refund for the original item to be credited to the payer's payment card, please contact us in advance, and we will issue you a gift card for the amount instead.

Please note that this means you will need to wait until we have received and processed the returned item before you can order the new item.
