How to exchange an item

If you wish to exchange an item, this must be done as a regular return followed by a new order.

This means that you return the item and receive a refund as usual by following this guide, and then place a regular order for the new item.

Please note that returns are not free in connection with an exchange, but you will of course be refunded the shipping cost for the original order if the entire order is returned.

Is it a gift you have received?

If the item is a gift you have received and you therefore do not want the refund for the original item to be issued to the payer's payment card, please contact us in advance, and we will issue you a gift card for the amount instead.

Please note that this means you will need to wait until we have received and processed the returned item before you can order the new item.
