Returns

At Hokus Krokus, you have a 365-day right of return on all items. If you wish to return an item, simply send it back as described below. Once we have received the returned item, we will automatically refund the money to your original payment method.

Please note that the information below only applies to returns of items that are simply no longer wanted - if the item is damaged, please contact us first. 

IMPORTANT The item must be in completely new condition and must be in its original packaging. In other words, it must be suitable for resale. Shipping labels must NOT be attached directly to the original packaging! Always use another box around it.

When you receive a package from Hokus Krokus, it will contain a returns form (A4 sheet). If you wish to return an item, simply complete the returns form as instructed and place it in the shipping packaging together with the item. If you no longer have the returns form, or if it was missing, please enclose a copy of the receipt.

Then simply return it at your own expense to this address:
