Wildlife Garden wooden bird - Eurasian teal

Teal, or Eurasian teal, made from hand-carved lime wood and then painted by hand using environmentally friendly paints.

This hand-carved version is approx. 24 cm long, while in the wild they grow to around 35 cm. So it is a really good size, but not a 1:1 representation.

The teal is very common throughout most of Northern Europe.
