Female mallard made from hand-carved lime wood and subsequently painted by hand with environmentally friendly paints.

In real life, the mallard is approximately 50-60 cm long; this hand-carved version is 26 cm. So it is a really good size, but not a 1:1 representation.

The mallard is probably the best-known duck in Denmark and is found in most parks and lakes. Mallards can become very tame and are comfortable around people.
