Features plants that were cultivated in old monastery gardens. Monasteries spread throughout Europe in the 1100s and 1200s, and with them came monastery gardens where nuns and monks cultivated herbs, medicinal plants and ornamental plants. Many of the plants came from Southern Europe and later spread throughout the Nordic flora.

The tray has a diameter of 38 cm and is made from moulded birch veneer with an environmentally friendly coating. Heat-resistant up to 120 degrees.
