Wildlife Garden birdhouse - yellow
EUR 50.95
A bee house can help increase the number of solitary bees in the garden. They are called solitary bees because, unlike honey bees and bumble bees, they do not live in colonies, but rather alone in small cavities.
The solitary bees, which resemble honey bees a lot, are incredibly useful in the garden and are, among other things, involved in pollinating fruit bushes and trees.
This bee house is made with bamboo tubes that are specially selected because they fit the size of these bees. There is also a roof overhang that protects the tubes from rain.
The bees use the house both to store pollen and to lay eggs. When the female has laid eggs, she seals the entrance.
