Wildlife Garden birdhouse and bird feeder - Charcoal

This cabin from the Swedish company Wildlife Garden serves as both a birdhouse and a bird feeder and can easily be adapted as the seasons change. In spring, it provides a safe place for nesting birds, and in autumn, it can quickly be converted into a bird feeder.

As a birdhouse, the cabin is suitable for sparrows and tits. It was developed in collaboration with ornithologists and includes important details, such as grooves that help the chicks climb up to the exit hole – crucial when they are ready to go out and test their wings.

When feeding birds, it is important that they cannot sit directly in the food, as diseases can easily spread on open bird feeders. In this cabin, the food is protected from dirt, rain and snow, and the birds perch on rods while eating. The rods can also be pushed in so that only small birds can use them.
