MKW wood-concrete birdhouse for tits

This birdhouse from Polish manufacturer MKW is made from solid wood concrete, consisting of a mixture of cement and wood fibres. The material provides a highly robust and weather-resistant structure that offers effective protection against rain, frost and temperature fluctuations. Wood concrete also has good insulating properties, helping to create a more stable indoor climate during the breeding season.

The exterior surface is treated with a water-based, odourless protective coating that is safe for birds and ensures long-lasting durability without the need for maintenance. The design is adapted to small cavity-nesting birds and supports natural nesting behaviour. 

The birdhouse measures 25 cm in height, 21.5 cm in width and 22.5 cm in depth. The entrance hole has a diameter of 2.8 cm, and the front wall around the hole is 2 cm thick, providing additional protection against predators and the weather. The solid wood-concrete construction gives it a weight of approximately 4.7 kg. Made in Poland.
