MKW wood-concrete birdhouse for tits

This birdhouse from Polish manufacturer MKW is made from solid wood concrete, consisting of a mixture of cement and wood fibres. The material provides a very robust and weather-resistant structure that offers effective protection against rain, frost and temperature fluctuations. Wood concrete also has excellent insulating properties, helping to maintain a more stable indoor climate during the breeding season.

The exterior surface is treated with a water-based, odourless protective coating that is safe for birds and ensures long-lasting durability without the need for maintenance. The design is tailored to small cavity-nesting birds and supports natural nesting behaviour. 

The birdhouse measures 28 cm in height and 16 cm in diameter, and the entrance hole has a diameter of 2.8 cm. The solid wood concrete construction gives it a substantial weight of approx. 3.9 kg. Made in Poland.
