The name appears under each illustration, and the poster is thus not only decorative, but also a really good way to learn the different grain varieties.

You will find the varieties hard wheat, einkorn, emmer, spelt, blue emmer, 2-row barley, 2-row black barley, fan barley, 6-row barley, rye - flowering, wheat, Oland wheat, black oat, oat, common rye and slash rye.
