The name appears beneath each illustration, making the poster not only decorative, but also a great way to learn about the different grain varieties.

The varieties shown are durum wheat, einkorn, emmer, spelt, blue emmer, two-row barley, two-row black barley, fan barley, six-row barley, rye – flowering, wheat, Øland wheat, black landrace oats, oats, common rye and slash-and-burn rye.
