The opening on this nest box is very large and thus specially designed for birds that prefer an open nest, for example robins, flycatchers and white wagtails.

The piece of wood still has its bark and has just been hollowed out in the middle. A roof made of solid wood is mounted at the top. The roof is fitted with a hinge and can be opened if two screws are loosened.
