How to Exchange an Item

If you wish to exchange an item, it must be done as a regular return and a new order.

This means that you return the item and get a refund as usual by following this guide, and then place a regular order for the new item.

Please note that there is no free return shipping in connection with an exchange, but you will naturally get the shipping cost back on the original order if the entire order is returned.

Is it a gift you have received?

If it is a gift you have received, and you do not want the money for the original item returned to the payer's payment card, please contact us beforehand, and we will ensure that you receive a gift card for the amount instead.

Note that this means it is necessary to wait for us to receive and process the return before you can order the new item.
