Prices

All prices are current prices and only valid on the order day. Prices change continuously. The buyer will be invoiced at the price applicable on the order day. All prices shown in EU countries include 25% Danish VAT.

Payment

The card information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to the company that handles our payments, QuickPay ApS, in encrypted form (SSL). Thus, no one else sees or stores your information. When purchasing with a payment card, the amount is only deducted from your account when we dispatch the order.

Delivery

All items displayed on the website are in stock in the quantity shown on the product page (subject to stock errors). Items are dispatched as soon as possible on the same day, and at the latest the day after - orders on weekdays before 4 PM will normally be delivered the next business day.

Gift Cards

Gift cards have an expiration date of 3 years from the order date. Gift cards can be canceled and refunded to the buyer's payment method without cost. Payment of the amount or remaining amount to the recipient of the gift card can be made for a fee of 100 kroner, as it requires a manual bank transfer.

Risk of Accidental Loss or Deterioration

At the time the ordered goods are handed over to the shipping company, the risk that the ordered goods are destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances, including third-party circumstances, passes to the shipping company.

Only when the ordered goods are in the buyer's possession does the risk that the ordered goods are destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to the buyer. If a package is damaged upon receipt from the shipping company, the package must be returned immediately to the nearest post office in the original packaging. Here, a form regarding the damage to the goods must be filled out, and the shipping company will then submit the item to their complaints board for assessment of a possible compensation case.

Complaints

According to the Sale of Goods Act, we provide a 2-year warranty from the invoice date on manufacturing and material defects (deficiencies). The warranty does not cover errors, damages, or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized interventions. The invoice must be presented to us in connection with the use of the warranty. Any complaint about defects in delivered products must be made to us within a reasonable time after the buyer has, or should have discovered the defect. Otherwise, the buyer loses the right to invoke the defect.
