Koustrup's small whites - Haven's herbs
Small and practical handbook about garden herbs written by Lene Tvedegaard and Gunvor Maria Juul.
Herbs are amazing plants whose flavor can lift almost any dish to new heights. As the name indicates, herbs are a spice whose flavor and aroma come from the essential oils in the plants.
The essential oils in the herbs also have health-promoting properties, and they are often used as medicinal plants for, for example, protection and strengthening of the immune system.
The book has 96 pages where 40 herbs are described in terms of properties and uses as well as cultivation and recipes.
The authors Lene Tvedegard and Gunvor Maria Juul have extensive experience with growing herbs and have published several specialist books and cookbooks on the subject.
