Some of the plants are better known than others - and some are tastier than others - but it is a fantastic experience to find and subsequently use the plants you can find in the wild. It can make going for a walk in the forest much more interesting when you can suddenly bring home exciting edible plants.

The author Anemette Olesen has written more than 50 books on herbs, edible flowers, medicinal plants, etc. and is thus one of the largest capacities in the field.
