Make your own plant pots from old newspapers with this practical paper pot press. The tool makes it easy to create sturdy, biodegradable pots for seeds, sprouts and seedlings without using plastic.

Roll a strip of newspaper around the wooden cylinder, fold the bottom and press it firmly with the tool. Then fill the pot with soil and sow the seed or plant the seedling. When the plant is ready to be planted out, the entire pot can be placed directly in the ground, where the paper naturally decomposes without disturbing the roots.

The set can make three pot sizes: 3 cm, 4.75 cm and 6 cm in diameter and is made from FSC-certified wood.
