The mini greenhouse itself consists of a tray with 24 cells. Under the tray there is a capillary mat and at the bottom there is a reservoir for water. Once the seeds have started to germinate, they will thus draw water from the mat as needed.

Made of plastic that can easily be used year after year, and which can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Note that it is strong plastic of good durable quality, unlike what you find many other places.
