Unique handmade nest box made of sustainable materials.

The birdhouse is Fair Trade marked and made in southern Bangladesh, where the handcrafting of such goods helps to support especially women's - and thereby families' - economic opportunities in very poor areas.

It is made with a steel skeleton that is covered with seagrass and recycled fabric. All birdhouses are therefore unique in colors according to available materials - and the craftsman's inspiration.

The birdhouse serves both as a nest for the garden birds in spring and summer, but also as a shelter against wind and weather the rest of the year. So it's never too late or too early to set up a nest box.

Can be hung up in the integrated string or mounted on for example a climbing plant with built-in hooks on the back.
