The mallard is made from hand-carved lime wood and subsequently hand-painted with environmentally friendly colors.
In reality, the mallard is about 50-60 cm long, this hand-carved version is 26 cm. So a really good size, but not a 1:1 representation.
The mallard is probably the most well-known duck in Denmark and can be found in most parks and lakes. The mallard can become very tame and is comfortable around humans.
