The poster gives a good and simple overview of plants that are suitable for picking in the wild.

Under each plant is the name in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, English and Latin.

Wild plants can be used both in traditional dishes, but also in, for example, Stone Age diet, raw food and Viking food.

All the plants are incredibly beautiful and detailed illustrated by Kirsten Tind.
