Prices
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. The prices change continuously. The buyer will be invoiced at the price applicable on the day of the order. All prices shown in EU countries are incl. 25% Danish VAT.
Payment
The card details you enter when purchasing goods are sent directly to the company that handles our payments, QuickPay ApS, in encrypted form (SSL). Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. When purchasing with a payment card, the amount is first deducted from your account at the same time as we ship the order.

Delivery
All goods shown on the website are kept in our own warehouse in the quantity that appears on the product page (subject to stock errors). Goods are dispatched as far as possible on the same day, and at the latest the next day - orders on weekdays before 16 will normally be delivered the next business day.
The risk of accidental demise or deterioration
At the time when the ordered goods are handed over to the shipping company, the risk that the ordered goods perish or are damaged due to accidental conditions, including third party conditions, passes to the shipping company.
Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the buyer's possession does the risk of the ordered goods perishing or being damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to the buyer. If a package is damaged upon receipt from the shipping company, the package must be returned immediately to the nearest post office in its original packaging. Here you must fill in a form about damage to the goods and the shipping company will then hand the goods over to their complaints board for assessment of any compensation case.
Complaint
According to the Sales Act, we grant a 2-year right of complaint from the invoice date for manufacturing and material defects (deficiencies). The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. The invoice must be presented to us in connection with the application of the complaint. Any complaints about defects in delivered products must be made to us within a reasonable time after the buyer has, or should have, discovered the defect. Otherwise, the Buyer loses his right to claim the defect.
