The authors Jens Juhl and Sølva Falgren started organic farming 15 years ago and to this day they are almost self-sufficient.

They have a garden of 480 square metres, 50 of which is a kitchen garden and greenhouse. The garden can easily supply them with eggs, honey and vegetables for most of the year. On top of the yield, they also get the joy of the fresh air and the cultivation.

In the book, they share their extensive knowledge about cultivation and which species and varieties are particularly well suited for organic gardening - including exciting new plants.
