Returns

At Hokus Krokus, all items can be returned within 365 days. If you wish to return an item, simply send it back as described below. Once we have received the returned item, we will automatically refund the money to the payment method used.

Please note that the information below only applies to returns of items that are simply no longer wanted - if the item is damaged, please contact us first. 

IMPORTANT The item must appear completely new and must be in its original packaging. In other words, it must be suitable for resale. Shipping labels must NOT be affixed directly to the original packaging! Always place it inside another box.

When you receive a package from Hokus Krokus, it will contain a return form (A4 sheet). If you wish to return an item, simply complete the return form as instructed and place it in the shipping packaging together with the item. If you no longer have the return form, or if it was missing, please enclose a copy of the receipt.

Then simply return it at your own expense to this address:
