Contains plants that were grown in the old monastery gardens. The monasteries spread in Europe in the 11th-13th centuries and with them came the monastery gardens where nuns and monks grew herbs, medicinal plants and ornamental plants. Many of the plants came from Southern Europe and have later spread in the Nordic fauna.

The tray has a diameter of 38 cm and is made of pressed birch veneer coated with an environmentally friendly coating. Withstands heat up to 120 degrees.
