The jam queen - from Koustrup & Co.
With the book Syltedronningen, everyone can start making pickles or expand their repertoire. And once you've tried author Helena Grayston's delicious jam, you'll be hooked.
In the book you will find, among other things, 54 recipes for delicious jams that can be used for all the dishes of the day - breakfast, brunch, dinner, etc. Her modern pickling puts, among other things, focus on less sugar and smaller portions to provide an even better taste experience.
The name 'jam queen' was given to author Helena Grayston when she won Politiken's jam competition in 2013. She grew up in Denmark with a father from England and a Danish mother. In England, she has also won a competition for the best grapefruit marmalade.
The book has 176 pages with beautiful recipe pictures.
